Carrot-pumpkin cake with salted peanuts
In my family no one, except me, does not like pumpkin. Despite this, the pumpkin eat everything without knowing it. So today I made a tasty cake, mix the carrot with the pumpkin and adding it to the dough.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Pumpkin

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    6 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Peanuts

    50 g

  • Cranberry

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

RUB the yolks with the brown sugar and add the honey.

Butter in a water bath and add to the yolks.

Combine the flour with the baking powder and sift a spoon, beat in to the mixture.

Carrots and pumpkin RUB on a medium grater, mix and add to the dough.

Take shape. I took ceramic, smeared it with oil.

Put in it the dough and put it in the oven for 50 minutes at t 180C. Somewhere 15 minutes later, I covered the form with foil. Be guided by your oven.

While the pie was baking, I made the cream. In a blender put the cheese, yogurt and cane sugar added peanuts.

All is well connected and crushed nuts. Our cream is ready.

Put on the grill, let cool slightly and cut lengthwise into 2 Korzh.

Missed the bottom cake with cream, sprinkled with dried cranberries. Covered second half.

The top is smeared with cream, sprinkle cranberries and half of the peanuts. Gave to cool completely and filed.
