When I first prepared this pie, I had doubts because of the lack of eggs in the dough, but the pie came out very tasty and has become one of my favorites.

Cooking
Knead the dough - it gets a loose consistency. About a third part put in the freezer.
The dough spread in the form greased. Do the bumpers.
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients for the filling: whisk eggs with sugar, add curd (curd is triturated in a blender) and all the other ingredients.
Spread the filling on the dough in the form. On a coarse grater three scraps of dough from the freezer. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. If necessary, cover top of cake with foil.
