That's what we need. For the filling, I used the scented cottage cheese from sour milk. It is very simple to prepare-package of milk to put them in the freezer and when it freezes take out, put in a colander with gauze in several layers. And waiting to drain all the whey and the curd is ready. 900 ml of milk to yield about 300 g of cottage cheese. It turns out tender with flavor of baked milk!
