Apple pie-cranberry
Delicious, lovely, flavorful and easy to prepare pie. Perfect for gatherings on cold winter evenings.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    330 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Sugar

    270 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Apple

    450 g

  • Cranberries

    160 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g

Apples and cranberries for the stuffing.

Apples the evening was cut up into cubes and put in a bowl. Covered them with sugar and left until morning.

In the morning I prepared the dough. In a bowl break the eggs, put sugar, add sour cream and beat well with a whisk. Put salt, vanilla sugar, baking powder, sifted the flour, added the melted butter.
