Very tasty and easy to prepare! You can use any berries: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, currants, cherries, and both fresh and frozen. Recipe taken from the Internet and slightly modified. I use it for a long time and want to share with you. I dedicate the recipe to her husband, for which, in fact, I learned to bake)))

Prepare the necessary products. Milk and eggs should be at room temperature, the oil is cold. If you use frozen berries, they need to pre-defrost and drain excess liquid.

Sift the flour, add the salt, sugar, butter and grind to a state of crumbs.

Then add the milk and egg and knead the dough.

I'm adding 5 tbsp of milk, and the batter is not cool. You can add less, then it will be more dense. The finished dough put into the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

Prepare the filling: mix the sour cream, egg, sugar, a spoonful of flour with a slide, and vanilla. You can take two eggs and flour without slides, but I bake often and eggs save))
