Cake with pecan nuts
After a fish pie with tuna my asked for something sweet and I wanted something exotic... this pie from me long ago the tooth was burning. Already and pecan nuts over the Internet bought. Yes, that's the RUB, the recipe needed molasses beet. Alas, no Herculean efforts made by me, not helped... not found. But I had molasses and caramel, and it decided to start up in business. I hope that that change was adequate. It's hard for me to judge, beet molasses I never saw. The recipe is from the German book "encyclopedia of home baking".

Sift the flour, add the salt and butter and chop with a knife or a quick RUB hands in a large crumb.

Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and put into the refrigerator for 2 hours to ripen.
