Pie with a whole wheat crust with cherries
Delicious, flavorful and beautiful pie!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    150 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Jam

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    100 g

Canned cherries drain in a colander, fresh wash, remove seeds and the stalk. In a large bowl add both types of flour, sugar, mix well. Add the cocoa, baking powder and mix again.

Beat the egg, add the vegetable oil and milk, whisk the batter with a mixer.

Mix with honey, marmalade or jam, and stir the batter with a mixer 5-8 minutes. If the dough is too thick add some more milk.

Heat the oven to 160 degrees. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan. From top to distribute the cherries. Bake for 45 minutes. The finished cake let cool in form for 10 minutes, then remove.
