Chicken cutlets cut: how to cook

But gradually, you must first choose a main ingredient for cooking our burgers - the chicken, or rather, chicken. The second step of the preparation of our burgers is the cutting of the meat. Yes, it is chopped meat, not the stuffing we use for making this type of patties. It is actually very simple, we cut the chicken fillet cubes approximately half an inch. After we all cut, you need to marinate the meat. For pickling we use the following ingredients: mustard, salt, pepper, curry. Enough to marinate the meat for about an hour, this time is sufficient to mustard softened chicken.

 

 

When the meat is marinated, you can continue to prepare our cakes. To the meat add the beaten eggs, mayonnaise and flour. The consistency of the mixture should not be hard, since we are going to put into the pan the meatballs with a spoon, but not liquid, otherwise it will blur. Fry patties is in a well heated pan with enough sunflower oil. It is important to follow fire, it should not be too large, otherwise the pieces of our chicken may not curls done.

 

 

Eating burgers can have as soon as you got them from the pan. Also, the cakes you can cook some sauce.
