Description

Cooking
To the mince add the egg, finely chopped garlic, onion. Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. In a pan put the mince and crush it into a pancake. Fry both sides until cooked.
4 eggs and the starch thoroughly whisk to avoid lumps. Add the chopped greens. Salt. And in the pan to fry two pancakes.
Potatoes grate, squeeze the juice, add 2 eggs and a little flour 2 tbsp. stir and fry two pancake-type meat. Fry better on low heat, so then it will be easier to flip and it will be baked.
Assemble cake: 1 layer of potato pancake, smear it with mayonnaise, spread on top sliced tomatoes.
Then comes the pancake with eggs, spread with mayonnaise and sprinkle finely sliced cucumbers.
The next layer of meat, also spread with mayonnaise and top with cucumber layer.
Then again a layer of potato pancake, mayonnaise, tomatoes. And the last layer of an omelet pancake. Decorated with halves of tomato - cherry and herbs.
