Ingredients

Cucumber
1.5 kg

Red currants
1 cup

Leaf currant
2 piece

Horseradish
1 piece

Black pepper

Peppers red hot chilli

Salt
Cooking
Banks to sterilize, on the bottom put the greens, put cucumbers, pour the red currants. Pour 1.5 teaspoons of coarse salt.
Pour boiling water.
Sterilize for 15-20 minutes.
Cool on the lids. Do not wrap!
