Fantastically easy dish. The delicate flavor. I had a task... to prepare a sweetness, not ispolzuya flour. On the Internet dug up this recipe. I was amazed at the simplicity and taste of this dish. In a deep bowl pour shredded coconut,
Then add the eggs. Add the sugar. Stir.
Vystelim baking paper baking tray instead of paper I used a silicone Mat. In the first and in the second case, grease is not necessary.
From the coconut mass sculpt balls and lay out on a baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Here are the balls. You can add a piece of chocolate inside when making the balls, but this time I wanted pure coconut taste.
