While the meat is marinating, finely chop the onion, carrots, garlic - 2 cloves, the stem of mushrooms. Saute in vegetable oil. Add sweet pepper and a few grains of pink pepper.
Boil mushroom caps, from the moment of boiling for 3 minutes. I always add a Bay leaf, try. To give the hats to cool. Three on a small grater cheese, finely chop greens, garlic through the press take leave. Stuff mushroom caps with cheese mass.
