From this day on, these pancakes won my heart and stomach husband :) Try it and you!

Cooking

step-0
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar. A thin stream, stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps, pour in the milk.
step-1
Meanwhile, heat the pan always with a thick bottom (I have a regular iron), but it should be hot, not scorching, as the pancakes can become dry and then they will fail to form.
step-2
Once made the dough, and frying pan preheated and lightly oiled, spread 1 tablespoon of the dough into the pan, you do not need to touch (!), the pancake itself will become a pancake shape.
step-3
As soon as burst all the bubbles and the dough is smooth and shiny becomes matte (note: the pancakes need to cook on one side only) - quickly put the pancake on a cutting Board and with one hand with two fingers to connect the ends for a few seconds. Kataev ready! Similarly bake the remaining pancakes.
step-4
The perfect filling will be sweet curd, but I, alas, am nothing but Apple jam :) and if we dream, that of Kataev it would make a great appetizer! The filling can be different! Crab meat + boiled egg + green onion + mayonnaise; cheese + garlic + sour cream; caviar - that is what your heart desires :)
step-5
Dear Cooks, I hope this recipe is to inspire someone! :)
