Language, fried egg
Simple to prepare, but absolutely delicious hot appetizer. Melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • The language of pork

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Star anise

    0.333 piece

  • Black pepper

    4 piece

  • Sichuan pepper

    6 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

The tongues, cover with cold water, bring to boil, boil for a few minutes and drain. Rinse the tongues under the tap and put to boil in fresh water.
