The marshmallow-coconut ice cream
Today I want to treat You all incredibly delicious, and most importantly quick to prepare, ice cream. What I liked about this recipe is that it is not necessary to continuously stir. Put it in the freezer and 5-7 hours enjoy soft, tender, delicious ice cream. And yet - it is absolutely not kristallizuetsya. Interested? Come to me!

Ingredients

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Marshmallows

    250 g

  • Coconut shavings

    65 g

That's all we need. Marshmallows, as I wrote, you can take any at its discretion. I make this ice cream a week in a row, with different marshmallows. Liked the cranberry, but it's not for everybody.

In a saucepan pour 250 ml of cream, bring to simmer to a boil and add coconut. Mix well and remove to cool to room temperature.

In another saucepan pour the second half of the cream and add broken into small pieces marshmallows. On a low flame with constant stirring dissolve the marshmallows in cream. Not have to wait until it is fully dissolved, small pieces then disperse during kneading. Remove the saucepan from the heat and the contents cooled to room temperature.

Mix both mixtures in one saucepan, put the saucepan in a bowl of ice water and vzbivaem our mixture on low speed of mixer for 5-7 minutes. You can then put our cake mix in small cups or put into one big form and put into the freezer for 5-7 hours (or overnight). I'm not big prefabricated from the pan and take away direct it.
