Pancake cake
Mardi Gras, Carnival... does anyone else so pancakes, like love them my husband? I don't like pancakes. So he always looks forward to this week, asked when it would come. And this long-awaited moment has come. Here it I can not get away. This time I decided to please and surprise right from the morning. "Carnival, The Beloved!"

All elementary simple to remember: 2 cups milk, 2 cups of water (boiling water), 2 eggs, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 cups flour, for Sobotka baking powder and salt.

And the cooking process without any problems. High capacity for whisking, pour the milk, add boiling water to the milk was just warm. Add sugar, salt, eggs and whisk. Add flour and baking powder, whisk again until smooth. Finally add vegetable oil and whisk again.
