Light fish soup from canned saury.

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Saira

    1 can

  • Greens

Cooking

Potatoes cut into cubes.

Drop into boiling salted water.

While cooking the potatoes, prepare the onion, finely cut it.

Carrots grate on a fine grater.

Canned mash with a fork.

Break the egg and mix the whites with the yolk.

For 10-15 minutes until cooked potatoes in the soup add the onion.

Then carrots.

Then canned. Then all of that 10 minutes on the fire.

When the soup is almost ready, pour the egg while stirring the soup with a spoon.

Sprinkle with herbs, turn off the heat and cover with lid. Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
