Pork wassce
I do not know how anyone, but my husband loves grilled meat, but rarely gets it))) Just as holiday meals! Romantic dinner - just the case - I cooked the pork in wassce, with a few additions-changed the third. Dish Hungarian cuisine. The meat is tender and juicy with meat flavor, not clogged with marinade and spices to a favorite very much. Try? Favorite to share!)))

Ingredients

  • Pork neck

    600 g

  • Milk

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    60 g

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Lecho

  • Mushrooms

  • Parsley

Cut the meat into pieces thickness of not less than 1 cm - I got 5 PCs of the edge of the meat slightly to cut, so when frying the meat remained flat.

My husband loves not crispy, but soft crust, so I just fried both sides in vegetable oil on medium heat, both sides for 7 minutes. Until tender brought under the lid on low heat for about 5 minutes.
