Potato dumplings with onions
Very lazy and very tasty dish, despite its simplicity. Now to prepare me, especially once, so put up recipes from your archives.

Boil potatoes until tender, cool, peel and RUB on a grater. Cut onion finely and fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil. Add to pureed potatoes, egg, salt and flour. knead the dough, if necessary add more flour, knead a soft dough, hard to score is not necessary, the dough should be soft and tender to the touch. Divide the dough into 2 parts, table sprinkle with flour, roll the dough into "sausage" and cut into small pieces.

Boil water with salt and Bay leaf, to be dropped at one of our dumplings, stir carefully with a spoon when it comes up and the water boils cook for another minute or two. Then remove with a slotted spoon, mix in a bowl with fried onions. Or throw fried just before serving.
