Pickled cabbage
Wonderful pickled cabbage. Very quick and easy recipe. Visit, not regret!!!


  • Cabbage

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Water

    0.5 l

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Vinegar

    100 ml


To chop the cabbage. Crush the garlic. Carrots grate. All to connect.
Sprinkle with turmeric and stir.
To prepare brine: boil water, add salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, mix well and again bring to boil. Pour the cabbage with brine (once boiled), put under the yoke. (I have just orange peel soaked for candied fruit. Here and combine business with pleasure :)) the next day the cabbage is ready. I in the refrigerator cleaned the next day. A pleasant appetite!!!
