Hot sandwiches with mushrooms
Want to cook for Breakfast delicious hot sandwiches? Then try sandwiches with mushrooms. I've been practicing this snack, often prepared even for the holiday table. I like to serve the sandwiches along with coffee.

Ingredients

  • Baton

    10 slice

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Cucumber

Cooking

Wash the champignons and cut into slices. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the onion with mushrooms quite a bit in the late season with salt and pepper.

When the mushrooms have cooled, place them in a bowl and add sour cream and half of grated cheese.

Lay a parchment paper baking sheet. Lubricate the pieces of loaf of bread or prepared stuffing and arrange on a baking sheet.

Finely chop the parsley, sprinkle on top of filling, then put remaining cheese.
