Cooking
To prepare the ingredients for the recipe.
Ginger root wash, dry with paper towel, peel, grate and squeeze 1 tbsp juice.
250 ml of water to dissolve the sugar and cook the syrup. In sugar syrup add the ginger juice and cook to a thick syrup.
In the finished syrup add a pinch of nutmeg and saffron (optional).
Therapeutic ginger syrup is ready!
