Pepper fried
This dish I first tried at the friend. And I can say, it's delicious! Since then, I make myself a pepper in the winter! So decided to share with You this recipe! Hope You like it!

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    5 kg

  • Parsley

    100 g

  • Garlic

    200 g

  • Vinegar

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

Pepper to wash, dry and trim the stems.

Roast the pepper on all sides.

To make the seasoning. Through a meat grinder skip the garlic, hot peppers and parsley. In this mass we need to add the vinegar, sugar and salt. Mix well.
