Canape with herring
Prevoshodnaja appetizer, so to speak, a classic of the genre. Borodinsky bread, a piece of herring, mayonnaise, seasoned with dill and coriander, a slice of sweet-sour Apple and black pepper, all perfectly combined in a small, but very tasty sandwich.

Ingredients

  • Herring

  • Bread

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Lemon

    0.25 piece

  • Vodka

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Black pepper

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Dill

    3 piece

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

Cooking

Herring fillets cut into pieces 1.5 - 2 cm. In a bowl, mix vodka, a pinch of sugar and freshly ground black pepper.

Pour cooked mixture of pieces of herring. Cover with cling film and put into the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Dill wash, dry and finely chop. Coriander and fry on a dry pan for 2-3 minutes, constantly shaking the pan. Then grind it in a mortar. Dill and chopped coriander mix with 3 tbsp olive mayonnaise Maheev.

Borodinsky bread slice. Trim the crust from all sides and cut each slice into four pieces.

Apple wash. Remove the core and cut into four pieces, then each piece cut into thin slices. To apples not darkened, sprinkle it with lemon juice.
