Cooking
Mix cottage cheese in a blender with egg, milk, vegetable oil, salt, sugar. Sift flour with baking powder. Add to the cream cheese and knead the dough.
Divide the dough into two parts - 1/3 and 2/3. In 1/3 of dough stir in the dill. If You have a dry, 1 tsp is enough. I have this time dill was frozen. I took 1 tbsp of Dough set aside.
For the filling, You need to boil 2 hard-boiled eggs. Slice them not very finely. A small bunch of green onions, also chop. 1 egg lightly whisk (collect a couple of tablespoons in a Cup), add onion, boiled eggs, salt, pepper. Cheese grate on a coarse grater.
Each piece of dough, divide into 8 equal parts. Roll strips. Dill is a smaller part of the egg, put the filling, more cheese. Suggest a lot of cheese not to RUB, otherwise it can bust out when baking.
Roll the roulade dill strip, lay on top of cheese.
