Cooking

step-0
Yogurt, egg, sugar, salt, flour, and butter softened butter - combine and knead the dough.
step-1
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
step-2
A Cup or glass cut a circle from the dough. The size should fit your shape of the pot plus 1-2 cm margin.
step-3
Take the cap from a ballpoint pen and cut a circle hole as in the photo. Next, cut a circle placed on a circle of the same diameter. This will be our lids for pots. You can also make this dough, stars and books.
step-4
In a saucepan, pour the milk and put it on the stove, medium heat. Add the Bay leaves.
step-5
Once the milk comes to a boil, put fish fillet.. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Fish fillets - your choice. From myself I will add. I did and red fish with white. The result is great!!! Most of all, of course, like with fillet trout or salmon. Strain through a colander. Milk does not pour. Bay leaf, we do not need. The fish is broken down into large pieces. To the strained milk, add French mustard, salt, honey or sugar, egg yolks. Stir until smooth.
step-6
In a ceramic pot, put the fish and cover with the sauce. Top pour is not necessary. Leave room from a side. Add finely chopped garlic as desired.
step-7
Grease the sides of the pots with sunflower oil and cover with a lid of dough. Pressed on the side. Sent in a preheated oven 180*C for 15-20 minutes or until tender lids.
step-8
The dish is served hot to the table with a book and stars. Bon appetit!
