Hot sandwiches
Very hearty, simple and delicious sandwiches. Recommend. I personally have enough for the eyes and a couple of pieces. And a dozen more can and husband and sons to feed the soul) Try, in season, is a sin not to cook for a change!

Ingredients

  • Baton

    10 slice

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cut them in large slices of boiled chicken fillet or breast

On a coarse grater grate the zucchini (my zucchini) and potatoes. Squeeze excess juice, add the soy sauce TM Kikkoman and salt to taste. Put 1 egg and mix everything.

Imposed on the slice of bread vegetable mass. Put vegetables down in the hot oil. In a large skillet, I fried 5 slices at once.

After 3-4 minutes, flip the sandwiches, put on each a slice of tomato and chicken. I do it on the plate.

Put the sandwiches back in the pan. The oil is not added, sprinkle each generously with cheese. Close the pan with a lid and fry the sandwiches until the cheese melts

Before serving, sprinkle with your favorite seasonings. I use in these sandwiches dried Basil - a perfect combination!
