Eggs stuffed with cheese cream
A very simple appetizer recipe with eggs. This appetizer is perfect for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Dill

Cooking

Boil hard-boiled eggs. Clean, and cut in half. To get the yolk.

Grind the yolks with the softened butter.

Add grated on medium grater cheese.

Mix well.

In the resulting mass gradually add sour cream and mash until fluffy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
