Belyashi
For many years baked meat patties for this recipe and decided to share. A couple of similar recipes dough is on the site, but mine is still different.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Yogurt

    400 ml

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Sunflower oil

    200 g

Cooking

Beat the eggs, salt and sugar

Add yogurt and sour cream, mix well. In the end, add soda and flour. Put two hours in the refrigerator.

In minced meat add the grated onion, salt and pepper (can also add 0.5 tsp. ground kuzbari), mix well and leave for a couple of hours to marinate-it greatly improves the taste of the filling...
