Sweet flavored, perfect for cakes, pies, biscuit rolls, and so easy to roll and spread.

Ingredients

  • Red currants

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    1 kg

  • Water

    1 cup

The washed red currants to fall asleep in a saucepan, add 1 Cup of water and bring to boil.

RUB through a sieve

In the juice add sugar and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes after boiling.

Hot jelly pour into sterilized jars, roll, flip and cover with blankets to cool down.

From 1 kg of berries I got two half-liter jars of jam-jelly and a little more left to sample. Here it is was on the second day - thick, like gelatin. And what a beautiful color!!! And the aroma!!!
