Meatloaf
Tomorrow the First of May, so you want to nature, but the weather does not spoil us, and the forecast for the whole week of rain. So I decided to cook at home a dish of marinated minced meat and with a flavor of smoke, which is a little bit will create the illusion of countryside.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    1 kg

  • Bacon

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    7 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

For making roll I have taken mixed minced pork and beef and smoked bacon.

Prepare onion, garlic, dill, eggs, mustard, tomato paste, breadcrumbs, salt, ground black pepper, mineral water, nutmeg.

Grind garlic, onion, and dill can be chopped, but for speed I used the blender.

Finely chopped cooked smoked bacon.

To the mince add chopped onions, garlic, dill, bacon, and eggs, mustard, tomato paste, breadcrumbs, a pinch of salt, black pepper, nutmeg, mineral water.

Thoroughly knead the dough for about 15 minutes and put in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Take convenient for baking form (I took that from a hole in the middle). Spread the form of smoked bacon.

Boil hard boiled eggs. The bacon spread a portion of stuffing. And the stuffing lay eggs.

On top of the eggs spread remains of the meat. And cover plates of bacon. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 1 hour. Then take out the form, turn it over onto a plate and put another 30 minutes till baking.

Our roll is ready. Optionally decorate with greens.
