Cooking
Eggplant boil 10 min [b]integer[/b].
Remove the skin and cut into "tongues".
Prepare [b][i]marinade[/i][/b] of vinegar, sugar, salt, oil and garlic (simply mix all the garlic in the frog or a grater).
[b]Every[/b] (!) reed dip in the marinade and put in pot.
Pour remaining marinade on top.
