In birch SAP contains fruit sugar, tanning substances, vitamins and microelements. Offer "bituminite" soup and cook it on the stove )))

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Seasoning

    3 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

    6 piece

  • Vodka

    80 ml

  • Birch juice

    2 l

  • Salt

Cooking

Put all in cauldron (but vodka and juice)

Pour the birch juice

Put on the fire (50 min.)... do Not forget to tightly close the cauldron lid...

Remove from heat

Fish freed from bones

Return fish fillet in soup

Add the vodka and leave for 10 minutes to stand under the lid
