Chocolate madeleines

And as a gift accept from me the recipe for these very tasty and not difficult to cook sweets! Madeleine chocolate filling: white with orange - lemon Kurd and black with ganache, prune and almonds. What is not a gift for the New year dear friend or beloved man?! I think that they will be fascinated because you made them with your own hands!

Ingredients

  • White chocolate

    45 g

  • Cream

    45 g

  • Dark chocolate

    130 g

  • Prunes

    60 g

  • Rum

    1 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    50 g

Madeleine white chocolate: Melt the chocolate on a steam bath or microwave. Apply a thin layer on the entire surface of the silicone mold. Put in the refrigerator. Apply another thin layer of chocolate and again put in 5 minutes in the refrigerator.

Fill the cavity Madeleine Kurd (the link to the recipe I house below) and put in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Apply a thin top layer of chocolate and smooth it around the edge of the form. Put in refrigerator and give a good freeze.

Prunes cut into small pieces and marinate with rum.

Madeleine dark chocolate-make a ganache. Heat the cream almost to boiling and pour them chopped pieces of dark chocolate 50 g. allow to stand for 2-3 minutes and stir until smooth and shiny mixture. Allow to cool. Apply chocolate 80 g tins as well as white.

Fill the chopped prunes and almonds and pour the ganache. Put in freezer for 15 minutes.

To put on top of chocolate and chill in the fridge. Form I only have one, so I did black and white candy in parallel. PS why is white chocolate took more than the black, it is based on 1 candy.
