Salad
Recently tried this salad at the bar and immediately wanted to share with you. Maybe someone will enjoy this taste combination and want to diversify this salad Christmas table.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Radish

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Take the radish (daikon) and grate into thin strips. Sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with vinegar, stir.

Boiled chicken fillet cut into thin strips or broken down into large fiber (namely fiber was in the original).

Take the eggs, one at a time, mix with 1 tbsp. soy sauce (Kikkoman I have), whisk.

A small heated pan, grease with vegetable oil, pour a mixture of eggs with soy sauce and bake the pancake. I roasted on one side to simmer, covered, about 3 minutes. Then also cook the second pancake.

Turn the cooled pancakes into a tube, cut finely.

Mix all components of salad, put on a dish (dish).

Prepare the dressing: mix the mayonnaise and soy sauce (Kikkoman).
