Strawberries bust, remove the stalk.
That's the beauty we have.
Grind in a blender, then pass the sauce through a sieve to make a puree without seeds. I have after peretirki through the sieve turned out to 1.6 kg. puree.
To shift into a container (I have two 2 liter jars), pour the vodka and leave to infuse for 10 days in a dark place.
After 10 days boil the syrup, add the tincture and mix well. Pour into beautiful bottles and put into the refrigerator. Still insist 10-15 days. When the drink has completely infused the flavor of the vodka is hardly noticeable, but the taste and aroma of strawberry is very bright. Mmmm, yummy.
