Meatballs in a spicy sauce
Meat meatballs it is difficult to surprise, but not this option. The meatballs will sparkle with new colors due to the unusual sauce and seasonings.


  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Zira

    0.25 tsp

  • Spices

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Adjika

    0.25 tsp


In minced meat add salt, spices and egg. To mix, beat the mixture and form round meatballs the same size. Roll in flour, put in a greased form and place in the hot oven for 10-15 minutes, the meatballs should be dense.
While the meatballs are in the oven, grate on a coarse grater deseeded bell pepper and pickles TM 6 sotok.
Add to them the mayonnaise, ketchup, seasoning, mix, and pour the sauce over the meatballs.
Put in hot oven and cook at 180*C for approximately 50-60 minutes until cooked and Golden brown.
