Pumpkin pancakes
Advanced recipe for those who like tasty and healthy food. If you don't like the taste of pumpkin, try making pancakes with pumpkin in my recipe - you'll be pleasantly surprised. Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    4 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Pumpkin RUB on a small grater. Put the grated pumpkin in the microwave for 5 minutes on high power (for 3 minutes, stir). Beat the egg, add the yogurt, whisk, add sugar 3-4 teaspoons and salt on the tip of a knife, to remove the flour, stir with a mixer, to avoid lumps. Add to the pumpkin batter and stir again (you can use a mixer, until a homogeneous mass, then you will not feel pumpkin).

Slightly heat the pan, add the oil. Spoon to spread the pancakes into the pan, I used silicone form for frying. Fry from both sides until done, carefully turning them with a spatula.

Serve with honey and sour cream.

Forms for cooking are silicone (to keep the pan no more than a minute) and metal. I prefer metal - sear the edges of the pancakes.
