Soup millet with mushrooms
Tender, hearty, spicy and very unusual soup. A real storehouse of vitamins. Everyone will be happy. It's quick and easy, and delicious it is!

Ingredients

  • Millet

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    6 piece

  • Carrots

    2 Tbsp

  • Green beans

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Green peas

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

Take the millet company "Mistral" and wash well, boil according to the instructions in any broth or just water.

While the millet is cooking, fry the onion until Golden, add the chopped mushrooms and vegetable mixture.

Add the cooked millet and let it cook gently for a little soy sauce.

The blender make the whole roast in a thick sauce. Leave 2 tablespoons of the roasting for supplements in a Cup.

Poured into cups, each put half a tablespoon of toasted coconut and garnish with mushrooms. Served with toasted toast or crackers or whatever You like. For greater sharpness, you can add Cup grated Parmesan cheese and, of course, greens.
