Snack cake
Very easy... incredibly soft... well, very tasty pancake snack cake of a very unusual oatmeal-buckwheat-meat pancakes with a layer of cream cheese and vegetables... PERFORMED by MY MOM... so just treat yourself to your favorite so niniejszym miracle. It is quite possible to eat almost every day... and with a little imagination in the decorations and festive table, to deliver really not bad... but I would warm to the idea that in the morning I left another piece:-)!!!

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Buckwheat flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Oat flour

    8 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Flour

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

Cooking

In a pan fry the carrots and onions (1 PC). Whisk the eggs.

Salt, pepper.

Pour in the milk.

Oatmeal (I puree oatmeal), buckwheat flour, semolina.

Gradually add the mince. Add chopped in a blender onion.

Get a rather thick mass, add a glass of water (Cup is rather arbitrary, the water must be added gradually to bring the dough to the consistency of thick cream.)

Change the mixer attachment and add gradually the flour so the dough was thicker, about half a Cup, maybe a little more... the dough should give with a spoon.

Before each pancake should grease the pan with oil. I do this silicone brush. Spread the mass on the pan, spread with a flat spatula, thickness 5-7mm.

Every damn lubricated with a thin layer of cheese and sprinkle lightly with vegetables.
