Marinated with sesame seeds
Want to offer a delicious cold appetizer of beef tongue. It turns out unusual, juicy, very tender, with a slight tinge of sweet taste which complements spicy and sour. Try, very tasty, you and your guests will not remain indifferent to such a snack.

Ingredients

  • Beef tongue

    400 g

  • Garlic

    4 piece

  • Sesame

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Honey

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Beef tongue boiled. I think everyone knows how to do it, but just in case here is the recipe completely. Language pour cold water, bring to boil and simmer cook for 1 hour.

Then add 1 carrot, 1 onion, a few peas of black and white pepper, Bay leaf and cook for another 30 minutes. Then add salt and cook for another 30 minutes. Total cooking time 2 hours.
