Casserole with rice and zucchini
Can't resist not to say this is delicious!!! Young tender zucchini, spicy onion pepper, green beans and a rich, crisp rice. Think it's hard, but really, everything is easy! For the contest "Fast from "Moulinex"". P. S. Forgive me those who still don't sell zucchini...

Ingredients

To prepare the products. Boil the rice until almost cooked, in salted water. Drain, rinse with cold water.

Boil the beans in salted water until almost cooked.

Zucchini cut along the thin plates (not transparent, 3 mm thick). Fry in vegetable oil. I - in a deep fryer.

Onion, cut into strips, fry in vegetable oil.

Add pepper, cut into strips. I have different colors just for beauty. And fry a little.

Season with salt to taste and add balsamic vinegar.

The products are prepared, assembled the casserole itself. In form (I did not grease anything, because the fried zucchini and much oil), put the zucchini, slightly overlapping each other. Fill the bottom of the form in a single layer. Leave a bit of zucchini to the top. Zucchini season with a little salt and pepper. You can use the form any. You can just round.
