Peaches in syrup
We love these peaches. And as much as I did, for the whole winter is not enough.

Ingredients

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Sugar

    0.5 kg

  • Peach

    3 kg

Collect the necessary ingredients.

Peaches wash and dry it. Remove the bone and cut into quarters.

In a saucepan, pour water, pour sugar and juice of half a lemon, (I, unfortunately, was not. I put 0.5 tsp. citric acid). Stirring occasionally, allow to dissolve sugar and add slices.

This time, sterilize them by banks, I do it in the microwave. Once the peaches are boiled, put them in hot jars and pour the syrup. Spin, turn upside down, wrap in a blanket.
