Magyar cake No. 2
Lovely cake. It is baked in our family for as long as I remember the recipe as Irres, but without the frosting and nuts. But over time, my mother had made some changes with which the taste of this cake just won.

Ingredients

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    1.75 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    0.5 kg

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    1.4 l

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

Let us start to cream. Cream, you guessed it, sour cream will be. It will give a pleasant fragrance fragrant honey cakes. But our sour cream did not drip when we add sugar in it, and to not use sugar, we cream a little filter. This requires a colander and gauze in two layers. My gauze somewhere to hit, so I had to pave a wide bandage.

Put the colander into a saucepan, pour sour cream and put this design in the fridge for an hour... the main thing - do not overdo it

Divide into 6 parts and place in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Now for the nuts. They need to chop and fry on a dry pan. Instead of having to grind in a blender, I decided to just cut.

Cakes bake at temp. 180 degrees for about 5 min. from Trimming the cakes I used for the topping of the cake. Cream Creamed cream, combine with sugar and vanilla sugar. Spread layers, sprinkling with nuts. It is advisable to leave overnight to soak. Enjoy your tea!
