    5 l

  • Sugar

    400 g

  • Citric acid

    1 tsp

  • Chicory

    4 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Mint syrup

    2 tsp

That's all we need, and of course the pan.

Boil water, add sugar, chicory, citric acid and tincture of mint. When cool, add the yeast and put in a warm place for 12 hours for fermentation.

When the brew is ready to pour it into the bottle.
