Cooking

step-0
Butter and margarine in advance, remove from refrigerator to become soft. Knead the dough. Flour may need a little more than 2 cups. The dough is distributed on the molds. I have cookie cutters of all 18 pieces, so I spared the test and imposed a lot, but it was possible to bake in 2 hours, then the basket would be deeper, and the toppings more, but I liked it so much.
step-1
Bake the baskets in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until lightly Browning (about 15 minutes). Remove from oven, allow to cool and remove from molds. The dough is oily, so to grease the molds is not required, baskets are removed well.
step-2
Prepare the cream. Protein whisk on slow speed until a thick foam. At the same time, boil the syrup from 1.5 cups of sugar, 1/3 a Cup. water,1 table. L. vinegar: mix all ingredients together and ovarium 7-8 minutes after boiling to a thin thread. Boiling syrup in a thin stream injected into sbivautsa whites, add lemon acid, a couple of minutes whisk. Turns glossy cream.
step-3
Triturated with sugar of berries (together, separately) and put a little in every basket.
step-4
Cream filled pastry bag and figuratively put the berry filling. Put in the refrigerator. You can decorate with berries. Very tasty and airy.
