Cooking
We need gray-green (they are raw and not cooked and frozen pink), king prawns (in my case - caliber 18-20). Shrimp fry in olive oil until tender (5-7 minutes)
Remove from the shell, leaving the tails. Drizzle with lemon juice. You can lightly salt, but just a little bit.
Cut shrimp canapés as shown in the photo.
To put the prawns and grapes on skewers or long toothpicks, garnish with lemon wedges. Grapes it is desirable to take with a slight acidity. Or just with a bright taste, even sweet, the lemon will complement the missing acidity.
