Liver sausage
Today I want to treat You to tasty, home made liver sausage. Cooking is very simple. If you're interested - go.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Fat

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    10 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

Cooking

Fat grind in a meat grinder with a large grid.

The liver (I was frozen, I thawed) grind in a meat grinder.

Mince the onion and garlic.

Add to minced eggs, flour, salt and pepper. Mix well.

We spread the resulting mass in the two (invest in each other) plastic bag, to form a sausage and tie a tie (or thread). Put in a suitable size pot, pour water, bring to a boil, diminish the fire and cook under closed lid for 40 min.

Get our sausage, allow it to cool completely. An expandable and retractable in a couple of hours in the fridge.
