Julienne with salmon and mushrooms
I know, Julien is no surprise))) have You tried it with salmon and mushrooms? I tried only recently, I saw a recipe in LJ Rita (margaret_07 ) and so wanted, so wanted! No wonder I always wanted))) julienne with salmon – it is really delicious! I recommend to everyone!))

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    800 g

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

In a saucepan heat the oil and fry the onions (diced) until tender.

Add the sliced mushrooms, fry until soft. Turn off the heat.

To the mushrooms add salmon, cut into small pieces, add salt and pepper to taste.

To shift the fish with mushrooms in tins for baking, pour cream.

Sprinkle with the cheese.

And bake in the oven preheated to 200 gr. 10 minutes (maximum 15).
