Jellied dessert
The last time I suffer from monogermane))), so I propose you another recipe with this product. Very delicate, delicious dessert with walnuts and peaches in cream from the ice cream.

Ingredients

  • Vanilla

    5 g

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Ice cream

    220 g

  • Peach

    250 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • The cake

    1 piece

Cooking

Gelatin cover with cold water.

Beat eggs with sugar,

Put in a water bath, pour in the milk

add vanilla and a few minutes pour the swollen gelatine and continuously (!) stirring, bring to a boil (do not boil!!!).

Mass cool, add the softened ice cream in a blender and whip.

In the resulting cream stir in chopped nuts.

Sponge cake cut into cubes.

Deep form vystelit with cling film to put on the bottom the diced peaches,

Pour cream with nuts. From top to distribute the pieces of biscuit.
